岗位职责：1.LeadandmanageprojectsfromKickofftoMassProduction/Rampdown.主导和管理项目从立项到量产。2.DefineProjectScopeandProjectPlan/Milestone/Schedule.DevelopfullscaleprojectplansandassociatedProjectandcommunicationdocuments,usingappropriatetools.制定项目范围和项目计划/里程碑/时间表。使用适当的工具，制定全面的项目计划以及相关的项目和沟通文件。3.Fullownershipofallaspectsoftheprojectrelatedissues,esponCost,QualifiedProductandLead-time.全面负责管理项目所有相关问题，特别是交期、成本、质量方面。4.Trackprojectmilestonesanddeliverables.跟踪项目里程碑和可交付成果。5.Developanddeliverprogressreports,proposals,requirementsdocumentation,andpresentations.开发和交付进度报告、建议、需求文档和演示文稿。6.Managegoodbusinessrelationshipwithcustomersand/orsupplierswhennecessary.必要时管理与客户和/或供应商的良好业务关系。7.SupportCustomersAudit/Visit支持客户审核/访问。任职条件：1.Goodcommunicatedskills,inEnglishandChinese/Mandarin(writtenandspoken).沟通表达能力好，英语听说读写流利。2.Relatedexperiencesfromprojectmanagementoraccountmanagement(min6years).相关项目管理经验6年以上。3.preferablyfromtheconsumerelectronicsindustry.preferredInternationalexperiencefromworkingwithcustomerslocatedinUS,EuropeandAsia.消费类电子行业优先，有与欧美及亚洲客户工作经验优先。4.Experienceatworkingbothindependentlyandinateam-oriented,collaborativeenvironmentisessential.能够独立工作带领团队，协调内外干系人推动项目。5.Mustbeabletolearn,understand,andapplynewtechnologies.必须具备学习新技能新知识的能力。6.Customerserviceskillsandasset.具备客户服务技巧。7.Abilitytoeffectivelyprioritizeandexecutetasksinahigh-pressureenvironmentiscrucial.
